Re: Election Discussions - National, State etc
Saar, crams ji is Indian jesus. He suffers for our sins. If he is not there, we wouldn't have known what the hell other side doing/thinking. He is like firewall and first line of reaction. ;) My only worry is, we still have 2 months time for the election result. He should consider his health too. T...

Re: Election Discussions - National, State etc
BJP gave unnecessary opportunity for Congress to jump back by sending this letter to Imran Khan. Wrong advice given to PM by his inner circle to write to IK. Modi should not try to become another Vajpayee. He was in that path by end of 2018 but strike against Pakistan saved him from that perception...

"Desecrating Hindu traditions" - how does one even justify that claim seriously? Something that was specifically enabled by the SC. The Supreme Court has not asked GoKL to take up some woman to the temple. All it did was annull a section in a Kerala local act related to temples. What happened yeste...

The Centre should now dismiss the state govt that may have acted over-zealously but entirely within its writ? Even though some may be charged by emotions and some other...

This is depressingly similar to or worse than 2004 and quite possible as an outcome. The DMK openly inviting Pappu to lead the MTB would all be based on calculations like this. It will take some very smart navigating to overcome this.

the chinese gandhi pup has now roared - "we'll not let Modi ji sleep till he waives off the loans of all farmers across India!" Have to admit, the Con's offensive moves are on the mark! Whether it is blowing up non-issues like Rafale or using these farm-loan waivers or hot-buttons like "lynchings" ...

Anyone who does not pay income tax must have their voting rights removed. Too many useless, uneducated scum in public who deserve disenfranchisement. Voting is a privilege, not a right. Voting is a right! Since when did Voting become a privilege. This is very westernized jaundiced view of the elect...

Just as an aside, I have been a reader of Hindu for a long time but certainly not out of love over the past 20 years. The other options ToIlet, DH, IE and others were even worse. But finally this year I cut the cord - no more Hindu and even though I miss out on some local news from it, I manage with...

Sachin ji, Lilo sir, I am afraid we lost him to MYTY crowd already. No matter what we say, they ask for more 'proofs'. I can't understand this distrust these folks have in Sangh. Looks like the Judges' clique continues to have its way! Given his lack of seniority, this paves the way for the seculars to have strong support from the judiciary even 10-15 years down the road?

Sounded like the central issue that was publicized was that the officer shouted at the woman and may have questioned her unnecessarily about her name(s). There has been no denial of that publicly as far as I have seen. Has this been proven? According to reports of eyewitnesses carried in the media,...

No need to try and set up an adversarial debate by positioning your opinions as contrary to a "consensus". I don't think any such consensus exists here, as you can probably see from recent posts. Neither am I trying to promote any such consensus. Let me explain one more time: It's already an "adver...

I read some CTs in FB that there is a growing section in BJP who are opposed to NM-AS and want a change in PM candidate before going to 2019 polls. As far fetched as it might sound, can anybody throw some light on this CT? Yep, absolutely true! Not a CT at all... Started with Shotgun even as of the...
