They made it to the semi-finals which is great and the players will still make millions, but I'm kinda glad the Indian team lost. The real competition is on 15 July 2019 at 2:51AM IST, until then this ICC World Cup is a distraction that country does not need.

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 3 (Oct 2018 - )
I would say let the president of India repeal Article 35A of the constitution on the grounds that it is discriminatory toward women. The SC will stay the president's decision, it will then become a political benchmark for the electorate to see who is for India and who is against.

Here is some feedback: Congress deal was to get - 126 Rafales (what IAF wants) - Made in India by HAL - Cheaper rate per jet The selection was done by the IAF and MoD, not INC; however, it was MMS and AK Antony that cancelled the acquisition because of kickbacks. The Rafales was selected on 31 Jan 2...

Family and I saw CM last night. They liked WW more for highligting feminism aspect. CM is a boring necessity in the Avengers storyline. About 40 min of the film could have been an Agents of Shield episode.

Request for Help: The constant barrage of news as to how the BJP and Hindu Nationalists have increased attacks on minorities is always the underlying anti-NDA story. However, can someone please provide data from the NCRB (National Crime Records Bureau) and CBI about communal violence? In fact, from ...

From Dr. Praveen Patil: Just 1.8% swing in MP & Rajasthan would have changed the outcome. In Gujarat, 1.3% swing would have given 25 additional seats to BJP. In Karnataka, 0.6% swing would have won a majority. In effect, some 8-10 lakh votes have changed the entire narrative in the run up to 2019! ...

On SM, it is obvious 1) The heart of INC ecosystem is based out of India and its a tool to keep India Backward, 2) This ecosystem has an ability to keep dedicated teams whose only job is to develop memes and get paid lavishly. Its tough to fight such a system and govern the country at the same time...

The INC and mahachorbandhan are coming May 2019. Expect India to be set back by at least 10-20 years. The country will remain forever backward.

Are Dipanker, quit the US and come to India and join the Maoists! I didn't know that was that poster. He's in the socialist paradise of the People's Republic of Kalifornia. The Bay area is the home of the American Naxal party. Anyway, the BJP should strive to become like the Republican party in the...

Your last words puncture the entire linear thing, which is my point which you don't get. That development spending which is used to drive wasteful consumption, while the beneficiaries of the largesse don't want skills but freebies.. that sort of developmental spending is creating a fake growth, on ...

Who remembers him? I do. You do, do the guys on the ground do. The 20-mid 30 year olds who all whisper about "vyapam scam".. nope. They voted for "change". They'll get it now and they deserve it, I hope they choke on it. Meanwhile, they voted for chacha ji partly because of muscular Modi.. again, n...

Good luck in translating all those fancy GDP figures to a corresponding linear development on the ground. An increase in development spending as percentage of GDP does make a difference. On the ground it is not a linear development, rather think of it as two steps up and one step down, but in time ...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 3 (Oct 2018 - )
It is unfair to say BJP govts did not do anything in RJ, MP, CG. They brought this three states out of BIMARU status. Just look at per capita GDP. It was near UP/BH. Now it is in middle ranks similar to WB. Supratik, its all relative. As they grew so did India. So to the localites, the state is the...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 3 (Oct 2018 - )
What people miss is that the tax base has improved where human development, health care, and education spending is increasing a percentage of GDP in the last 4 years. The total number of poor is down overall and as a percentage. India is on the cusp of breaking out from a 3rd world country to develo...

I've been finding out there are a lot closet Kangressi kangaroos all over including some near relatives who always appeared pro Hindu BJP, but reality was otherwise. In 2014 they kept quiet and said all nice things about Modi, but now the knives have come out.

Guys, as dumb howling jack ass as Pappu is, lets not underestimate the smart slaves he has at his disposal who can work the Congoon ecosystem like a toy. Just through attacking ModiJi with no substance they have put him and BJP on the defensive. Thus, slogans like "Chowkidar Chor Hai" are designed ...

Dystopian for some, for others utopian. Given demographics, voting rights must be restricted in form or another to prevent being over run by the Abrahamics.

In 2013 less than 29 million filed IT returns. In 2018 over 68 million filed IT returns. And the percentage is increasing in double digits in the next few years. For this the BJP. IMHO has been punished.

Supratik,
Unconstituonal?
I just looked it up. There have been over 100 amendments to the Indian constitution since 1950. Most of them have happened during Kangress rule.
We need UCC, full repeal of Art. 370, and restrictions on voting rights.

When Kangress and Mahachorbandhan come to power 6 months from now, BM avenues will open again. There will be wilful attempts to weaken GST and change its collection infrastructure. So what if Kamalnath and Gehlot fail? These guys are not for ruling but for filling pockets. They will begin the ripoff...
