AAP disqualification case
Any one lawyer here..? HC turned down decision of EC or sent it for reconsideration? Is case still on?
On what evidence did EC decide and if it was correct who the hell is HC to intervene? Is it natural? ..
Can judiciary overrule a constitutional body like EC? :?:

15 categories of SC/STs & 20 categories of OBCs, now under Veerashaiva-Lingayat fold, fearing loss of reservation, may not opt for minority tag, & stay with in Hindu fold. ..Soon they will demand both minority benefits & reservation. .i.e. Non-Hindu & Hindu at the same time!

They should try to pass the UCC bill before 2019. Even if it fails in RS it will satisfy core voters and they can say they tried. I don't think it is a constitutional amendment. Also ease LA bill.

Mayawati has been defeated, she fails to become a RS member after one of her MLAs voted for BJP. By polls defeat avenge.

6 short can be made up from the others in the others. there's nominated and independents totaling 12 or 14 I think..

BJD has 8 and they are not 'never BJP' type..so can be negotiated with.

In 1998, Mayawati ditched Vajpayee in voting of No Confidence Motion in Lok Sabha and BJP's Govt lost majority just by 1 vote.

In 2018, she couldn't even win 1 seat in Rajya Sabha while having 0 seats in Lok Sabha.

Revenge is sweet.
Look at the pattern:

👉In assembly elections, they blame the EVM because they are losing.

👉In Rajyasabha elections, they blame the ballot papers for same reason.

Such sour losers..!!!
Maya once threw away a RS seat for some cheap theatrics - Today it was desperation to get back to RS - BSP has no representation in RS now - Justice served for all the chaos she caused in RS during her time

I still vividly remember those days when were immensely happy to see Vajpayee as PM of India and equally heart broken to see him go due to loss of just 1 vote. We always pondered, what is it about BJP that makes every single political party go against them? From commies, to Congress, to Phoolan Devi, to regional parties. All of them ganged up to simply defeat first time ever BJP gov in center.
