Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 2 (Mar 2018 - )

Although I was not in favor of Modi speaking on sundry issues, but now he needs to change tactics in the run up to '19. He needs to be vocal, speak frequently and loudly on BIF issues. Clearly lay out the dangers and unmask the vicious propoganda. It is clear that next election is not going to be fo...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 2 (Mar 2018 - )

The new modus operandi of these recent riots clearly seem to strike fear like it was created in Kashmir. Aim is not to kill rather trigger exodus. Once it becomes peacefool locality , it is out of bounds for Indian state and automatically becomes defacto Dar-ul-Islam.

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 2 (Mar 2018 - )

Can someone enlighten us as how easy or difficult it is for Modi Sarkaar to 1. Drop RTE 2. Abrogate Art-370 3. Implement UCC 4. Free temples from Govt clutches 5. Put whole of Congress ecosystem behind bars 6. Order construction of huge Ram Temple in Ayodhaya Lets see if whiners really have a case ...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 2 (Mar 2018 - )

It seems Opposition's 2019 strategy is taking shape to fight BJP. It is clear now that there is not going to be any combined opposition at national level in spite of all the noise being generated and they might continue to be generated to obfuscate. But in reality, The opposition strategy will be to...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

UP and Bihar by-elections give us a glimpse of fight for 2019. While Bihar looks solid , fight in UP will be keen. Core BJP voters did not come out to vote. Phulphur North , which is the strongest BJP assembly seat, had abysmal 18% voting and so were other city areas. More or less same thing happene...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

Vibhishana may have been moral but his morality was of no value to Ram. His values was in divulging crucial secrets to Ram to defeat Ravana. NA may be an asshole but he will know lot of skeletons of SP clan and that will be used as leverage. There in lies his value. PS: Vibhishana married Mandodari ...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

The outrage of Moral brigade on Naresh Agarwal and Rane joining BJP is so cute. It either emanates from ignorance of cause or stupidity or more likely fakery. How is cause weakened by Naresh Agarwal and Rane joining BJP? I have heard that in pursuit of power it is always better that a Camel is piss...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

Here are my thoughts on NE election and its impact on 2019: Tripura win is a significant victory in more ways than one. At emotional level, it hits so many notes that it is almost symphony. Here is a far away neverland, under the clutches of dragon for eons, flamed out in one swift fell. While Tripur...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

So much Rona Dhona on Modi but I dont see any outrage on Judiciary. Modi do this, Modi do that, and if he has any time left then Modi should also wipe by nose buggers. We are strange people; amount of institutional work that this Modi govt has done to fight corruption is all undone with one debacle....

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

An extremely sad day for India. This 2G judgement will go as the worst judgement in history. Entire establishment seems to be self serving decrepit edifice, corrupt to the bones. We are a nation cursed. 2014 gave Modi mandate to lift the curse but looks like envelope of darkness will remain strong. ...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

Patels did not vote en masse against BJP except in rural areas. In urban Patel areas BJP has done well. Urban areas are solidly BJP. It is rural areas where BJP is weaker and where caste matters. I think in urban areas also Patels have voted largely against BJP or split it with Congis. BJP's vote s...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

This Gujrat election will be remembered for many things in time to come. There are so many things which will need micro analysis as eventually it was seat by seat fist fight except in city strongholds on BJP where BJP's margin of victory is impressive. But there are few key take aways. Caste Politic...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

One of the most important key take away from exit poll for me was the voting percentage of Patidars. Chanakaya was showing 55% vote share, while no other agency is giving less then 50% to BJP. This is most significant data for me. Based on this, I am predicting 125 seats for BJP. Basically there are...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

BJP's vote share in 2014 was 60% and INC got 33. To win Congoons need a swing of over 15%. Here is what has happened in Guj since 2014. Narmada water has reached far corners of Kutch and Saurashtra, and besides Bijllee, even piped water has reached 3/4th homes. There is no deterioration in L&O. High...

Taj Controversy is pretty smart tactic employed by BJP in recent time to highlight other treasures of UP. Just look at the twitter and how other monuments is getting highlighted in the process. If UP has to develop other circuits then first it has to bring it in people's mind space. Sadly, we have f...

Harshvardhan has asked scientists to develop zero pollution firecrackers. Really? A fire without smoke possible? really good if true. Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

India needs an extreme hindu pressure group who will only stand for Hindu rights unapologetically. BJP is not pro Hindu. At best they are not anti-hindu. I think even NaMo is going the ABV ways and is being bitten by Secularitis. This pressure group will constantly remind BJP every now and then that...
