Contrary opinions with an agenda is the problem. Provoke the members, start a fight and then threaten to get the forum exposed to legal proceedings.

We are forming forum rules, but I can tell you already that laws that restrict 'freedom of speech', such as libel, contempt of court, inciting violence, and whatnot are applicable to the posts here. You ask why the NGO thread is closed? Don't you see a clear case of contempt of court there?
